Public information
Allied Match may prepare a profile from a practice's official website and suitable public or official sources. These profiles are labelled Public information and Not yet reviewed by this practice until an authorised representative reviews them through Allied Match. Silence is never treated as approval.
We do not treat unconfirmed clinician languages, intake status, wait times, fees or other details requiring direct confirmation as confirmed facts.
Confirmed by practice
When an authorised representative approves a profile through the private review process, we label it Confirmed by practice and record the confirmation. Current intake labels expire after 30 days unless checked again.
Eligibility and review
The directory is currently focused on Sydney, with published coverage concentrated in Western and South-West Sydney and expanding progressively across Greater Sydney. Before publication we check core business identity, public contact and service information. We may omit or pause any claim that cannot be supported.
Corrections and removal
An authorised representative may request a correction or removal at any time, free of charge. We verify the request, hide disputed information where appropriate, and promptly unpublish a confirmed removal. Removed practices are added to an internal do-not-relist register so they are not accidentally recreated.
